Based in Wilmslow and Deansgate Manchester, I provide effective, professional, and discreet Psychotherapy and Counselling for individuals and couples who desire freedom from Toxic Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, Trauma, Relationship Issues and the pain of Loss and Grief. This approach to Counselling and Psychotherapy values you as having limitless potential and regards you, as a human, as capable of finding the solutions that are individual to you and your own needs.   Taking a strengths-based, compassionate, and empathic approach, Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy with me will allow you to gently explore and discover your own sense of inner peace, confidence, and self-esteem. 

CFT is designed to help people who experience and suffer from high level of self-criticism, shame and childhood neglect, trauma, depression, and toxic anxiety.  CFT aims to cultivate self-compassion and compassion for others. It is a mental and emotional healing therapy with a variety of exercises and mindfulness techniques. We will gain clarity about your behaviour and thoughts, so you are in a position to choose to cultivate kindness and life-changing self-compassion.

AT is focused on relationships and bonds between people.  The relationships we formed as children can impact our sense of safety and security we experience as adults.  In turn attachment patters impact our relationships with partners, colleagues and friends.  AT provides insight and strategies to support growth and development towards more satisfying and fulfilling relationships with ourselves and others.
